Styling transforms rooms using pieces you already own while incorporating curated items when needed. Interior stylists also provide home staging to help properties sell faster and for higher value.
An Interior Designer focuses on structural planning, layout changes, and managing construction or renovation projects.

REVAMPED PRICING RANGES BETWEEN $300-700 FOR DECORATING MOST HOMES; DEPENDING ON THE SCOPE AND SIZE OF THE HOME.

Travel/Shopping Costs and Time spent selecting Items from Inventory will be applied at a rate of $100/hr.

CONSULTATION
There is a $100 nonrefundable deposit that will go towards your Revamp if you choose to book services. If you decide not to move forward w/services; the $100 deposit is nonrefundable.
Payment is due 24hrs before scheduled consultation.

STAGING COSTS
$1000- (Staging up to 2000 square feet).
$1200- (Staging up to 3000 square feet).
$1500- (Staging up to 4000 square feet).
$1800- (Staging up to 5000 square feet).

*$200 additional fee for full patio staging.

*$100 Mileage fee will be applied for listing outside a 20 mile radius of Aubrey, Tx.

My name is Marietta Kuhn, Owner of Revamped By Mary, LLC. I am a Home Stylist, Redesigner, and Professional Organizer specializing in affordable, high-impact room transformations throughout the DFW Metroplex, including Aubrey, Denton, Frisco, Plano, Dallas, and Fort Worth.
I was recently selected as a Premiere Vendor for Ebby Halliday Realtors, allowing my work to be featured alongside one of North Texas’ most respected real estate brands serving high-end luxury clientele.
My specialty is creating elevated, beautifully styled spaces without the luxury price tag. By redesigning with items clients already own and thoughtfully incorporating curated pieces, I transform homes into spaces that feel fresh, polished, and completely renewed—often saving clients hundreds to thousands of dollars.
This same approach has proven incredibly effective in real estate. I help agents prepare listing homes to stand out in the market by redesigning the space using accessories and inventory I provide—delivering a staged, designer look at a fraction of traditional staging costs.
